It is with great sadness that we join with the nation in mourning the death of Her Majesty The Queen. Our thoughts and condolences are with Her Majesty’s family at this difficult time.

On Friday, we held a school assembly - showing our respect with a minute silence, but also allowing time to talk about the wonderful life of Her Majesty The Queen. The children made flowers throughout the day, these can be seen hanging on the school gates. Further assemblies and classwork will take place in the coming week.

On Monday, 19th September, Jerome will close to both staff and pupils as we mourn the loss of Her Majesty The Queen on the day of her funeral. A national bank holiday has been declared.
